Biography
I bring an insider’s perspective to getting cloud deals done: Over 20 years supporting, advancing and protecting the intellectual property and business interests of technology companies (including Amdocs, Adobe and Avanade) in highly regulated and data dependent industries operating within the cloud. I am dedicated to providing ‘real-world’ legal counsel in complicated and ever-changing areas of the law, at the highest level with a focus on making a difference! I have developed a unique set of legal, business and technology skills when combined with my extensive in-house experience allows me to make a real difference to the companies I counsel. I am driven by the desire to bring my experiences, focus and passion for the law and technology to companies in the ‘sweet’ spot of their life cycle - companies developing or launching new technology products and services which are dependent or impacted by laws, regulations or policies.
