Krista Kay Bush

I represent individuals and corporations in federal and state courts, as well as in regulatory enforcement actions. I defend clients in white collar criminal prosecutions and complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on parallel proceedings and internal investigations. A skilled and successful litigator and effective problem solver, I have substantial experience handling federal and state cases from initial investigation through appeal. I have served as a prosecuting attorney, defense counsel, appellate attorney, internal investigative counsel, government ethics adviser, and trial advocacy instructor. Prior to joining McKay Chadwell in 2006, I represented the State of Washington in civil and criminal matters as an Assistant Attorney General, where I served on the Washington Bar Association’s Committee on Public Defense. Prior to moving to Washington State, I served on active duty with the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
