Biography
I am a concierge general counsel serving serial entrepreneurs and family enterprises at the corporate and family office level. 100% of my practice is focused on business legal issues and how to provide the best advice for the specific client based on their goals and risk profile. Within the scope of general counsel duties, I provide substantive legal advice regarding contracts, M&A, board governance, and entity structuring, as well as utilize my legal operations experience building out contract management systems, negotiation playbooks, and legal workflows. If needed, I will also help the business source and train attorneys, paralegals, contract officers, and similar legal positions to support the build-out of the company's in-house legal department.
