About Kerry
Biography
I grew up working in my family's construction company. I received by engineering training and Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy, West Point. After serving overseas for almost five years I came home to attend the University of Michigan Law School. I moved to Seattle in 1978 and started my practice, focusing almost exclusively on construction project issues. I became an construction arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in 1980 and became a member of dispute resolution boards for large projects beginning in 1993. I now head the Kennewick, WA office of Schlemlein Goetz Fick & Scruggs, PLLC, continuing to focus my practice on construction project issues.
