The kind of attorney you hope to find when you need one most

We had an amazing experience working with Jamie, and I don’t say that lightly given the circumstances. Our case was fairly complex, and I honestly don’t think we could have navigated it without Jamie’s depth of knowledge and expertise. He is incredibly sharp and detail-oriented, and at every turn ...we felt like we were in the best possible hands. Filing for bankruptcy is a stressful and humbling thing to go through, and from the very beginning Jamie made the entire process feel manageable and human. Beyond being an excellent attorney, what really stood out to me was his empathy and integrity. He never made us feel judged or like we were just another case on his desk. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question we had (there were many), and was consistently calm, responsive, and thoughtful. There were so many moments where I felt genuinely grateful that he was the one guiding us through this. He’s the kind of attorney who does exceptional work and also treats people with care, which matters more than ever when you’re going through something like this. If a friend told me they needed a bankruptcy attorney, I would send them to Jamie without hesitation. We’re incredibly thankful we found him.

Consultation on Medical Debt

As a retired lawyer lacking bankruptcy expertise, I asked friends to recommend a Seattle bankruptcy lawyer to advise my brother on his medical debt incurred after emergency surgery and a month-long hospital stay. Jamie came highly recommended and I couldn't be more satisfied with the advice he gave... us.

Knowledgable, Experienced, and Professional

The process of winding up your business is elaborate and difficult. You can tell instantly that Jamie has the experience needed to guide people through this process. It is emotional and stressful but knowing you are getting good advice and assistance is priceless. He was very professional and extreme...ly responsive which makes a huge difference. I've worked with many attorneys that take days to respond and that is just added and unneeded stress. I will definitely recommend Jamie to my friends, family and colleagues.

Thank you for your excellent work

Jamie steered us through a complicated Chapter 7 bankruptcy. His calm, professional demeanor reassured us throughout the process, explaining each step and answering all our questions promptly. He anticipated every contingency and ensured that all required documentation was in order, and briefed us... thoroughly before our hearing so we felt confident answering the trustee's questions. We were by far the best-represented debtors in the room and, unquestionably, Jamie's representation secured the best possible outcome for us.
