He has been lead attorney for transactions in internet, technology, telephone, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, automobile dealership and other business sectors. Jay is also experienced in real estate development matters, including construction contracts for Multiuser Facilities, apartment buildings, hotels, warehouse and office park facilities, high rise buildings and even the original Washington State Convention and Trade Center.
