Eugene Wong is an excellent lawyer. Recently I Engaged Eugene to help me with the sale of a property, which was a bit challenging, as it was complicated by my recent divorce. His advice and actions were exemplary. He was easy to contact and always was able to answer any questions or concerns. He... solved a serious problem related to a statutory warranty deed, which was posing problems for the sale of the property. He came up with a good solution; the property was sold. I also liked the way he kept me involved all the way, which greatly aided my understanding of what was happening. I give Mr. Wong my highest regard.

I randomly selected several lawyers for contact and Mr. Wong was the first to respond. Immediately I could tell he was very knowledgeable about real estate and provided solutions without talking down to me (usually lawyers think clients are not as smart and I get a lot of that sometimes, especially ...being a woman). In few days, he contacted title company and had exceptions cleared against a less than ethical buyer and helped me understand the challenges of my situation/case. in the end, deal died, but I was happy to learn what could be done and would not hesitate to work with him and his firm again. Highly recommend to anyone who needs legal advice. Lawyers should advise and counsel like him - be solid on what can and cannot be done and what solutions are best for the situation. Eugene was the trust attorney concerning an estate to which I had been assigned personal representative. The estate could not have been more complicated with multiple over seas employers and real property held outside the US. Eugene and his fantastic paralegal Rhoda kept me calm and informed through ...the entire process. This was a mid-level asset estate at best, yet despite the complicated nature of the job, Eugene and Rhoda did everything that they could to keep costs low. In the time since this experience, I have retained Eugene to represent a Non-Profit organization on whose board I sit in real estate negotiations, as well as to manage my own personal will.
