Edwin G Woodward

Ted Woodward has been with the firm since 1983 and has been a shareholder since 1986.

Mr. Woodward’s practice focuses on real estate and business law. His real estate practice includes handling purchases and sales, development, construction, leasing and financing. Mr. Woodward also represents small to medium sized business clients in connection with the formation, acquisition and sale, and day-to-day operation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. His practice also includes commercial real estate development, including purchases and sales, construction, financing and leasing, corporate and partnership formation, planning and acquisition.

Mr. Woodward serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Easter Seal Society of Washington and the Solomon Park Research Institute, and has been a youth sports volunteer for many years.
