P-1 Application for KYL

In a difficult situation, with very late application to a European entertainment group for P-1 visa Diane performed superbly with all procedures to get the HomeLand Security to act and the folks in Finland certainly appreciate the good results. KYL was prepared to serenade to Diane but had to l...eave for Oregon and California next day after their performance at HUB Hall in th University of Washington. Job well done, thank you very much. T

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I had the privilege of being co-counsel with Diane on a major H1B matter based in the Pacific Northwest. Since that time, I have been continuously impressed with her knowledge of business immigration law as well as her handling of asylum claims. She is dedicated to her craft, to her peers (as shown by her volunteerism through AILA and speaking engagements at CLE conferences) and to giving back to her community. Diane is a superior immigration attorney."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
