SSI

Croil Anderson handled my SSI case thru 3 court appeals. I was approved on the 3rd try. And the first two hearings were not his fault it took this long. SSI wants you to give up. And the judge does all he can to turn you down. Croil Anderson is a caring compassionate lawyer who will fight for you to ...the end. My actually went to the top . To either be decided by the higher court or go back for another hearing. I choose a hearing. I wasn't in there but 10 minutes . And the judge asked I he turned me down if I would work. I said no I can't. I was approved. They want you to give up and not fight for the money you put in the system.

Thank you Croil Anderson Attorney who knows the law

My mother introduced me to Attorney Croil Anderson over 24 years ago when the SSA told me that my son was no longer disabled after 9 years on Social Security and I had been fighting SSA for around 5 years requesting apeals/reviews for my son's case but they continued to say my son was not eligible... he was not disabled (Sean was about 10 then). Attorney Anderson stepped and represented me in court and I still remember what he said to me that is was not that I needed to prove my son was still disabled it was up to the SS to prove my son was not disabled. My son is now 34 years old now and living in an adult family home. I think of Mr. Anderson quite often through the years and what he did for my son. Thank you

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
