Biography
I am a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner. As a trial attorney, I primarily handle commercial disputes and defend high-stakes product defect claims. My product liability practice encompasses aviation, consumer products, and toxic torts. I serve as national trial counsel for several clients in toxic tort litigation. I also serve in an advising capacity for corporate clients seeking to develop nationwide strategies for the defense of mass-tort litigation. As lead trial counsel, I have obtained defense verdicts in state courts and successfully argued for his clients before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several of Washington’s appellate courts. I am admitted to practice in California, Oregon and Washington. I was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine each year from 2001-2008.
