Bradley Wayne Carnine

Working primarily in Ryan Swanson’s Estate Planning & Probate practice group, Brad brings experience in managing the nuances of all types of assets and creating customized plans for wills, trusts for relatives or pets, power of attorneys, living wills, and disposition of remains. His creation of unique trust and estate plan structures has helped clients implement tax-saving strategies as they look to pass their legacy forward.

Brad is also versed in contract law, including the drafting and reviewing of complex agreements in business and personal matters. He works with clients to minimize their risk by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing legally binding agreements.

Brad partners closely with business owners and entrepreneurs to help them plan in advance, realize their vision and grow into success. This includes entity structure and formation; partnership, membership, and operating agreements; and business compliance.
