Was helpful in answering my question about wills

I had two questions very important about wills and Andrekita helped answer them.

Knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful

I reached out to Attorney Silva through AVVO with a complex, contested divorce and custody/parenting plan case. She raised a number of relevant points and possible venues for resolving my legal situation that others did not think of. She was very thorough, sharing pros and cons, the favorable and not... so favorable circumstances in my case and without sugar-coating anything. After talking to her, I feel much more knowledgeable and empowered to make the right decisions moving forward, and more confident that things will work out well in the end even if there were mis-steps along the way, and that whatever suboptimal steps I (with my current attorney) may have made, there are ways of fixing those and getting a decent, workable final outcome insofar as shared custody and co-parenting as the most important to me aspects of this stressful contested divorce.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Ms. Silva is highly respected in the Family Law community, and she has deservedly earned that respect through her character, experience and work ethic. Ms. Silva recently mediated a family law case in which I was an attorney. I was thoroughly impressed with how carefully she listened to the concerns of my client during mediation. After listening, Ms. Silva's thoughtful and professional suggestions helped my client realistically assess the situation. The experienced input from Ms. Silva moved the case much closer to the resolution we eventually reached. Ms. Silva's involvement in the case was a huge benefit, and anyone dealing with a family law issue would also greatly benefit from Ms. Silva's knowledge, experience and judgment."
