Alyn Pearson

Representing youth in criminal, education and family matters is the focus of my practice. I have not only represented hundreds of youth in criminal court, but I have traveled the state and the country to speak on topics relating to excellence in the representation of children.

I was a public defender for almost five years before joining private practice. I have tried dozens of cases to both juries and to judges. I have a vibrant and creative motions practice and am very familiar with the local criminal courts

I have tried several DUI matters before a jury and settled well over a hundred. I know the law, the practice and the strategies.

My practice in juvenile court exposed major deficits in both the mainstream and special education system when it comes to advocacy for youth education rights. I am committed to developing youth education advocacy as a primary practice area.
