Triple loss
Jack and his wife helped me through through the most difficult time of my life-I lost my father, mother and my brother in the same year. He expedited with diligence all the nuances of clearing their estate issues for us. He and his wife were most helful at every turn of this complicated scenario.

Excellent work.

Bad
I think it's time Mr. Borland retired. Never have i had to wait 3 weeks for a phone call to be returned (3 times), only to find out that he had not even accomplished the task(s) we had spoken about and then the woman who answers the phone jokes about the fact that she should have my phone number memo...
