Case Settled

An absolute professional. Worth 10x what he charges.
I first talked to Bruce right before NJP and he gave me free counsel. I hired him afterwards and never thought twice. I was facing two charges 112a and 92. He won my case with the best possible outcome; the Admin Board results were 3-0 no misconduct and 3-0 retention, a unanimous win. His extensive experience and tremendous talent was the reason my board went so well. No matter what the details of your case are, he will ensure you get the best possible outcome. I have 12 years in the Navy and now I will be able to continue my career. I am eternally grateful for that.

Best of the best Lawyer ever!
I was facing TWO allegations in my Command which are 112a and 93. With 16 years in the Navy, I knew the Navy has ZERO tolerance when it comes to illegal drugs and I take it very seriously. I got so worried that my 16 long years I spent my life in the Navy would just flush thru a drain like waste. As soon as I found out about it, I didnt hesitate to call Mr White and he gave me some advises before I even hire him and met in person. The moment I met Mr White, I felt very comfortable and ease. He is so flexible that I can meet or call him almost anytime of the day to answer any questions and worries I had. I will never forget that time he told me that he will go to war for me to win this battle. The day of my Adsep board he truly proven me what he said by shutting down our opponents who tried to take me down. I highly recommend Mr Bruce White to anyone who is facing the toughest time in life.

Unbeatable.
I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. I'm an E-4 in the Navy and was facing drug possession accusations under article 112a. Immediately following the NJP I hired him on and he's been a huge asset ever since; putting together an NJP appeal, helping me to put together a strong book for the board, and spending countless hours going over the case with me. It was a hard-fought board in which his skills as an attorney really shone, but in the end it was a victory of 3-0 with no misconduct found. I have no doubt in my mind that if I hadn't gone to Mr. White, I would have lost and been processed out of the Navy with at most a General discharge in-hand. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Hiring Mr. White was the best decision I have ever made.
Mr. White is a true professional. He spent countless hours preparing my son and me for the board. He also assembled an extensive file containing material that was beneficial to our defense. He was a strong advocate during the proceedings and it was obvious that he had the respect of the board members. As a result of Mr. White's representation we came away with a complete victory.

Respectful, Reliable, and Effective
Mr. White is a fighter. There is no other way to put it. I was within a year of my end of my active service and I found out I had been falsely accused of sexual assault. I am a Sergeant in the Marine Corps. I knew that this accusation could have been the end of me. Once I had found out of the accusations I immediately started looking for a good lawyer. I found Mr. White on this site and emailed him, and within two hours he called me despite the fact that it was a late evening around the holidays. From the minute I spoke with him I could tell I was going to hire him. He listened to every word I said and even though no official charges had been brought forward at that time, he started working on ways to counsel me. He even met with me to explain how everything would play out, mind you this was before I ever even mentioned hiring him. But then I did and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Nearly a year of litigation went by before I eventually faced a General Court Marshal. Over this time Mr. White worked with me listening to every word so he could view my case and our defense from every angle. The way he worked with my military defense counsel was beyond compare. If I ever had questions or even just had a rough day and needed a boost of confidence Mr. White was always a phone call away. If there was ever a time he couldn't answer, an email or a text was sent to me explaining that he would call me back as soon as he could get to the phone. Every lawyer has multiple clients, but it felt like I was the only client of Mr. White. He has a way of making his clients feel like they are nearly family, while never losing an ounce of professionalism. Through all of the hearings and finally the days in court it's clear that Mr. White's knowledge of the law, specifically military law, was second to none. If you feel backed into a corner and up against the ropes hire Mr. White and watch him fight for you, and your future. You will not be disappointed. I was acquitted of all charges in a time when sexual assault is such an up hill battle and I owe it all to Mr. White.

I definitely recommend Mr. White
I had a legal investigation which had taken a year to finally be finalized. Once it was finalized and sent to the command, the CO proceeded with battalion level NJP documents for article 112a. I did not have a positive urinalysis, however, the CO after reading through an entire investigation, decided there was enough to process me out. Had I taken the NJP, I would have been reduced in rank, put on restriction, and kicked out with a discharge of OTH. Mr. White assisted me with any questions that I had even from the beginning when I was first notified of NJP. Because I refused NJP, it was then sent to an admin sep board. Any time I had a question or concern, he attended to it and gave me the absolute best advice I could have asked for. He explained every answer thoroughly, and never sugarcoated the potential outcomes of the board , either good or bad. Mr. White stayed on top of everything and kept me informed. He did an absolutely incredible job at piecing together a binder which depicted the Marine that I am, and ultimately, I won the board with no basis of discharge. I will now be getting my promotion backdated and all negative documents expunged from my record completely. I would recommend Mr. White to anyone who is seeking legal counsel.

Gets results! Always available!
If you need a lawyer, Mr White will be your tireless advocate. I was dealing with a difficult situation, and Mr White was recommended by my military counsel. He doesn't do a lot of hand-holding, but that might not be what you need in this situation. He was always available in person, by phone or email. He likes to win, and puts in the time that is required to prepare and present your case!

Thank you Mr White!
I was a newly frocked chief that was processed for separation by my command for fraternization and adultery. My command was ready to bust me down to an E5 and separate me as soon as the possibly could. Instead of kneeling down to the mercy of commanding officer's non judicial punishment, I hired Mr White after talking to 5 other attorneys. His attitude, professionalism, and knowledge won me over. His hard work and dedication paid off at my separation board as I was allowed to finish my enlistment contract and retire next year. I also got to keep my rank as a first class petty officer. My family is eternally grateful and Mr White gets my highest recommendation for any other service member with a legal issue.

Very dedicated!
I hired Mr. White a few months ago, but my trial was just this month. I called roughly 15-20 different lawyers, and he was the one for me. He told me that he focuses on the case in hand from dusk till dawn. That is exactly what he did while handling my case here in Alaska. He had many different avenues of approach during the cross examination and it worked out great. Mr. White briefed me on everything and kept me informed on what would happen next. He prepared me from start to finish, and I had full confidence on all decisions he suggested to me. I am glad on the outcome of my case, and would recommend him to anyone.

The best defense lawyer in California!
When I first went to meet him, he patiently heard my case & explained the different options I had at that point. He explained me the entire process and answered all my questions. He personally reviewed all my documents and created a professional case. I'm still in the Navy because of him. Thank you for being my attorney and for safeguarding my future. Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge and all effort you put into my case. The extra hours you put in were greatly appreciated. Thank you!!! Thank you for everything!!!

The Best Military Lawyer!
I recently found myself in the middle of a personality conflict with my Commanding Officer and was recommended for a negative administrative action (Detachment for Cause) that I felt was unjustified and would prevent me from advancing to the next level and ultimately preventing me from meeting my career goals. I had a short time frame to submit a statement (telling my side of the story) and needed someone with a strong military background to ensure I got it right and enabled me to keep my emotions in check. After conducting some research and meeting for a quality free consultation, Mr. White and I work together to draft my statement.

Mr. White was straightforward, responsive and very professional. He worked tirelessly for several days reviewing all the technical information and applicable regulations, and was very instrumental in helping express my story.

The product we produced was much better than I could have done on my own. I took comfort knowing Mr. White and I had done all we could in submitting my side of the story.

The hard work paid off as the requested Detachment for Cause was disapproved and all reference to this action was removed from my official personnel record. I am very thankful I chose a fellow Officer and formal Marine. I will always remember you as a good friend. Thank you and Semper Fi!

100% worth the wait
My administrative case dragged out for well over a year, Mr. White remained committed and realistic about my options and potential outcomes. Pricing was incredibly reasonable, although I would have gladly paid three times his cost for the quality and skill of his services. He is genuinely dedicated to achieving your goals while providing a tempering voice of reason. The friend that referred me described him as "a bulldog that will fight for you and won't let up." After disappointing interactions with several active duty JAG representatives and previous unsatisfactory outcomes during the administrative process, Mr. White was just that. I continue to have a military career because of hard work and dedication.

Unforgettable Representation
Bruce White was recently hired to represent me in an administration hearing. From the beginning, Mr. White was honest and straightforward about my possible future, my possible other-than-honorable discharge. He did not try to sugarcoat how the process was going to be. I had been pushed to the back of the pile with the JAG lawyers and hiring Mr. White was the best decision I made. Mr. White treated me like I was his only case on hand. He was always available and willing to answer my questions. His diligence and responsiveness to my case was superb. The quality of his services goes beyond words. Mr. White prepared the best defense he possibly could and by doing so also saved my career and my future. I will forever be thankful to Bruce White and his unforgettable representation.

General Court Martial USN
During my GCM Mr. White kept me informed, up to date and aware of everything going on. It was obvious to me and everyone who witnessed the GCM that Mr. White had out worked the government in every aspect of the case. His meticulous preparation and attention to detail helped with the facts to prove my innocence. There is no way I will ever be able to thank Mr. White enough.

Excellent!
I was recommended for negative administrative action (Relief for Cause) that I felt was unjustified and would prevent me from assuming command and advancing, ultimately preventing me from achieving my career goals. I had a short time frame to submit a statement on my behalf, and wanted to hire someone with a strong military back ground to ensure I got it right. After some quick research and a quality initial consultation, Mr. White and I agreed to work together to draft my statement. Mr. White was straight forward and professional. He worked tirelessly for four days reviewing my information and applicable regulations, and was instrumental in helping express my story. He gladly worked with my assigned Military attorney to help ensure all service specific details were covered. The product we produced was much better than I could have done on my own, and no matter how the final decision turned out, I took comfort knowing Mr. White and I had done all we could in submitting a solid rebuttal. The hard work paid off as the recommended Relief for Cause was determined to be unfounded. I have since advanced to E8, and assumed my first command. I am very thankful I chose the right professional for the job. Thank you Bruce!

Military Defense Client
I recently had a case for positive urinalysis due to accidental ingestion. I had been trying very hard to obtain good counsel through the Navy JAGs. With a rapidly approaching NJP date and repeated attempts to contact the JAG without a response, I struck out to find my own counsel. From the initial phone conversation, Bruce made me feel confident that calling him was the right move. Throughout the entire process, which lead to an Administrative Separation Board finding of "No Misconduct," Bruce was always availible to me and worked hard to save my career. He professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to me as a client were more than I could have hoped for. I can honestly say that had I not called Bruce White I would not have retained my rank and I might not be in the Navy today! I would definitely reccomend that anyone facing legal difficulties, military or civilian, call Bruce White!

When you back is to the wall...
Mr. White was engaged to represent our son in an administration hearing, as a result of a positive drug test. Drug pops are low on the serious scale of legal cases, but Mr. White took our son’s case with all the seriousness and diligence as if it were a capital offense. This was not a life-or-death matter but it did involve our son’s potential dismissal from the USMC for drug use. This would have had a devastating impact on his life and self-esteem. When we first emailed Mr. White’s office he responded to us in about 15 minutes. From the beginning Mr. White was realistic about our son's chances (not good) of avoiding an other–than-honorable discharge. He got on the case immediately (he texted our son while he was in the field)! JAG lawyers come and go which is the nature of their jobs, but Bruce was there from beginning to end. For 16 months he advised and guided our son through a maze of legal ups and down that characterize many legal matters. He kept our son on an even keel and even though our son was his client, he was always willing and available to talk to us and keep us informed. Our son was well represented. Early on, when it looked like our son might be discharged without being afforded the option of an administrative hearing, Mr. White offered a partial refund. This is an example of his outstanding character. In our research, we contacted a friend, whose brother in law is a USMC Sergeant Major. The Sergeant Major told us that our son’s chances of beating a drug pop was about 1 in 5,000. But with Bruce’s help the Marine Corps, via an administrative hearing, retained our son. When your back is to the wall, especially if you are facing a serious disciplinary/legal issue, you will need a lawyer. You could not find a better-connected or experienced advocate. If you are looking for “touchy-feely” you might be disappointed. But if you want competence, diligence and a vigorous defense, call Bruce White’s office.

He was focus, fearless, and always alert and quick to control issue immediately. He’s always prepared to do what it takes to get the win. Experience — I had no doubt, Bruce White had the skills and experience. We know that every case is different, and my case was that and my situation was unique. But Mr. White’s strong experience under his belt, he has dealt with the actual specifics that he encountered with my case to prepare himself at best to provide the best possible defense every time. Workload — Mr. White has really done the work for me. He’s done more than everything to win the case and earn his fee. An Attorney Who Goes The Extra Mile
We hired Bruce to help our nephew with a 4-year UA case. A retired Marine, Bruce is very knowledgeable about the process and explained in simple language how things work. What we like best about Bruce is the way he emphasized good values and how he coached and prepped our nephew to deal with the consequences of his action. We followed his advice as closely as possible, and our nephew will be getting out of his base in less than two months after turning himself in.
