Rex is one of the most skilled and successful litigators I know; we worked on many copyright and trademark infringement cases together. Rex brings extraordinary tenacity and aggressiveness to his work at the bar, while at the same time maintaining an almost courtly gentility with his clients and opposiing counsel; it's a combination that is hard to beat! I recommend Rex to your consideration in any matter that is in, or about to be in, contest.
