Walt helped me through one of the toughest experiences of my lifetime and I am eternally grateful. It was a very difficult situation for all involved. I was very emotional and he always talked very straight to me and helped me stay focused. It took time and diligence as most of these situations unfor...tunately do but we prevailed. I get to watch my son grow up in a much healthier environment because of it. I never felt he overcharged me, I felt his pricing was very fair and he tried to keep my costs down. Ill prepared seemed clueless about my case despite it all being given all the paperwork and detail even charged me to obtain copy's of a parenting plan he was given at our first meeting and even went to make copy's of.. So i payed $3000 for him to basically do less then I could have accomplished on m...y own. I felt I was a low priority and someone he could placate to get easy money.

My attorney recommended Walt and I retained him on faith of that recommendation alone. Unfortunately, Walt has a paternalistic style in espousing how he surmises one's case should be represented and is hesitant in getting to know a parent and the emotional trauma he or she is experiencing. Walt isn't... empathetic to the plight of parents fighting for custody in a dissolution proceeding. He simply failed to connect with me. To give Walt the benefit of the doubt... he has yet to develop a body of experience in this most sensitive of legal fields, however in time I expect that will change. Best of luck Walt!

All I can say is that if it wan't for Walt I would never have full custody of my son. He is the best attorney a person can have. Very understanding, knowlegable, clever, and most importanltly he will get what you want. Thanks again for everything you did for my family. Me and my son are the happiest ...team. Thank Walt
