I don't want to waste this opportunity to Review a Very Good Immigration Lawyer. I found Atty. Purganan through this site. I have no referrals at all, just guts. I was first referred to Ian (Florian) by a friend of mine when I was in search of assistance in acquiring my US citizenship. I had a Felony record and was afraid of it affecting my request. I had emailed him and asked plenty of questions referring to my case, and he was nice enough to answer them eve...n though there was no guarantee of me hiring him to help me on my case. After I got tired of hearing advices from other people and had enough money and felt confidence of Ian's knowledge and what he can do for me I went ahead and hired him to help me on my case. We filed a form so that way I can fall under my fathers citizenship and also filed for my US passport. Fortunately everything worked out and I was able to get my citizenship even though I was over the age of 18. And after that I went ahead and went straight to Ian for when I needed help petitioning my wife with a fiancé visa, and had also referred his service for both of my sisters and also my brother in-law who also had many obstacles in order to get his citizenship due to criminal records. And all Four cases were successful and all three are now US citizens and my wife is now in the US awaiting for her permanent resident card which will be arriving in 30 days. This will not be the last of me asking for Ian's services for my wife and I will need his assistance in trying to petition her mother to come to the US when she becomes eligible. Ian was first a personal lawyer to me but eventually became our family lawyer who we go straight too when we have any questions about immigration.
