I have been the principal of the Law Offices of Beth A. McDaniel, PLLC since 2002. Our firm focuses on areas associated with estate planning including wills and trusts, disability planning, guardianship, elder law, probate, and mediation. We have offices in Renton, Washington and Bellevue, Washington. I am one of the eight certified elder law attorneys in Washington state, as accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation. Note: this designation is recognized by the American Bar Association, but not by the Washington State Bar Association. I was named Attorney/Law Firm of the Year in the Renton Reprorter Newspaper's Best of Renton 2019 Readers' Poll. I live with my husband and two children in Newcastle, Washington.

Assisted in correcting an error made by another attorney in the past. Has competent assistants who helped with a "re-do" after I neglected to see a change I wanted to make after the first draft.
