Wow, where do I start? Brett is a strait forward upstanding lawyer! I was in a bind 5 years ago, had to fire my divorce lawyer that did NOTHING correct! Found Brett thru a friend. Told him my situation, I believe I had 9 weeks or less to get my divorce taken care of. And had to start from step one!! ...He stepped up and got it done!! It was a simple divorce, but non the less, he did it!! He kept me informed of what was happening, and suggested what the next 'plan of attack' and what he was recommending. Gave me options, and KEPT IT REAL!! He didn't sugar coat anything. He also was not afraid to tell me that he didn't like a certain idea I had, or tell me the truth from his expeiriance if 'it' was worth pursuing. BRETT IS A EXCELLENT LAWYER!! I was in my first car accident as a designated driver rear ended at a stop light, and after it was all said and done, with being treated and such for back and neck pain, and waiting for the payout after the accident, he got me 12k in pocket, which was nice, even though he was going after them for 50k.... It was short, but I still got enough to be satisfied. Now the secondary accident, where I got hit on my bicycle, by a dumbass driver driving onto the sidewalk and not seeing me there, as I had right of way, I was in more pain from this accident. I got treated adequately, however the payout is taking longer than expected, and not only that, but I was promised 9k, then undelivered by 500, shorting me 500 on principle. Then I was angry for getting so little for more pain, then requested he go after them for more, then he tells me we'd be looking at a 10-11k range. Today, he emails me and says he'd only be able to get me 9.5k, with the initial prospect of having to wait 6 more months. I feel like I'm being shorted here and played. If you want a lawyer who will get you good results for the first case, but screw you over sideways for a second case where you were in more pain, on a financial basis, then Beetham's the right lawyer to screw you over.

He took my already filed mess of a dissolution case, was able to bring my highly difficult spouse, his attorney and I to settlement (via mediator).
