Divorce

Two years ago I was faced with the terrifying journey of divorce. I had no clue what I was supposed to do as this was my first divorce and my husband at the times third. I drive by Beetham Tran law office daily. When I called, I gave a brief history of what was happening and was offered the first av...ailable appointment for a consult. The fee was minimal for the hour and well worth it. Brett Beetham was who I spoke with, he asked what I wanted to do and how I wanted to approach this. Then he informed me of possible out comes and gave his recomendations and a list of papers I needed to provide him. He was confident, informative and relatable. I hired him. While divorce is no easy task he kept me informed, let me know in advance what I would be charged for and how much, and gave me piece of mind in the sense of his knowledge. I was in good hands. At no point was I surprised by fees or bills. Everything is upfront and you are informed before it happens. Brett Beetham was physically present at all mediations and meetings, he wasn't a behind the scenes attorney he was right there with me. I hope I don't have to re visit court for any matter but if I do. Brett Beetham will be who I call.

Really great honest kind attorney

He took my already filed mess of a dissolution case, was able to bring my highly difficult spouse, his attorney and I to settlement (via mediator). Dealing with questions and issues he is very patient, honest and nice. He is extremely smart and has a great memory. He was fair with billing and I wil...l hire him again if need be.
