Wendy Suzanne Moullet

Wendy is an Associate at Ryan Swanson, where she focuses her practice in the areas of business, commercial real estate and technology. She advises clients in a variety of industries on business and legal matters, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, licensing contracts and commercial leases; resolving land use issues; and business planning and problem solving. Wendy’s experience also includes assisting in complex commercial litigation, which enables her to better serve clients in managing the issues and risks that businesses often face. Prior to joining Ryan Swanson, Wendy represented health care clients in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of a variety of long term care facilities throughout the United States.
