Very Capable

Hired Rick to complete various legal documents, i.e. Will and Living Will. Had meeting to discuss my intentions. One week later received the final draft. Quick and accurate. He knows what he's doing. Would use him again.

A Highly Effective Litigator

I strongly recommend Richard to any client needing competent and highly skilled reprentation. Richard and I represented co-defendants in a tragic wrongful death action. The case provided many challenges on issues of liability and damages. Complicating the Richard's defense efforts was the public a...nd media scrutiny surrounding the entire litigation. Richard handled all aspects of the case professionally and never losing sight of his primary objective -- represent the best interests of his client at all times.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
