In 2007, Mr Brown agreed to represent my son, a special-education student, in a suit against a Puget Sound area school district for failure to provide free and appropriate special -ed services. I paid Mr Brown $2500 and when after many months during which time: Mr Brown did not represent my son and failed to even appear for conferences the district called to discuss my son's issues; did not produce a written complaint as promised; and completely dropped any contact with me or my son.
