James A. Soukup

James has been (and is still) my family law attorney since 1991. Over the past 17 years, he has been exceptional both in and out of court. I have gone through a custody battle, an out of state addoption, a fraudulent child support controversy issue, just to name a few and James protected me and won... each and every time we entered a court room. He was and is always informative and explained matters to me in a way that I could always understand. The first time I had to go to court I was not familiar with court proceedings and was apprehensive and scared. James was very supportive and was able to keep me calm and relaxed. I had seen three other attornys before meeting James and niether of them made me feel any hope or comfort as he did. James is very knowledgable of the law and how the court system views custody cases. Never did I feel left out, uninformed, or uncomfortable in my case. James helped me in a case withou...t ever trying to degrade the other party he did this only by following the law. I'am a truckdriver and we went to court over custody of 2 teenage girls against a mother who has worked from home since they were born. We were seeking for more time spent only to recieve primary custody at the end of the case. James is a good man.
