I have been engaged in the international business and US domestic world as an entrepreneur, manufacturer, distributor, landlord, tenant, and business owner. I have also purchased, merged, and sold businesses for myself as well as clients. These experiences have lended me a tremendous amount of experience in advising clients on their rights and liabilitiesin the business world.
I now counsel clients on a variety of matters from business law disputes, incorporation real estate, and business development. I enjoy being consigliere for my clients and setting them up for success in their business careers.
