This Clown has a google search setup to poach clients from other law firms! I searched “what’s my accident claim worth” and this moron started emailing me, making promises of massive payouts, and advised me to fire my current law firm that was already representing me on an injury case in New Mexico f...rom October 2023. He advised me to go with he’s buddy Jeffrey Trespell, an attorney in New Mexico because “his buddy Jeffrey could get me far more money than any other attorney could”. And after multiple emails, and text messages from Jamie Michael Olander, and his buddy Jeffrey Trespell, they convinced me to fire my current council (Parnall Law) and have Jeffrey Trespell represent me because Jeffrey could get me upwards of $18,000,000 for my accident, and this was the biggest mistake I’ve made thus far in my life! Jamie’s buddy Jeffrey was a complete lazy slug that only wanted easy money, and when he realized my injury was from falling off a “Slurry Oil Tank” not a Crude Oil Tank” all of a sudden, Mr Jeffrey Trespell didn’t know who to file a suit against! When previously he said he planned to sue the city of Las Cruses NM, the company that owned the equipment I had fallen off of, the dispatch company that scheduled my loads as an owner operator truck driver, and also the company that owned the slurry oil that I was hauling. It’s been nothing shy of a complete joke trying to get another attorney to take my “legitimate injury claim” due to me taking Jamie Michael Olander’s advice to FIRE Parnall Law! So for anyone that reads reviews before making a decision on who they choose to retain as council, trust this! Jamie Michale Olander ESQ is a complete idiot! He only wants to poach clients from other firms to benefit his bank account! When I had a falling out with Mr Jeffrey Trespell, Jamie’s Buddy, after many promises that were not kept, then was terminated as a client, I was furious! I contacted Jamie Michael Olander, and let him know this was on his plate to assist me in finding new council since he talked me into firing Parnall law, and he said he would assist me in doing so, and needless to say, it was nothing but another broken promise! (I have all the correspondence to prove this too) So Stay Clear Of This Scumbag! He’s dirty, and has no conscience. I’m surprised he hasn’t been taken to the state bar, and had his license to practice pulled yet! Like I mentioned, “I have all the correspondence between Jamie Michael Olander, myself, and also his buddy Jeffrey Trespell to prove this review!”

I'm from the Boston area and he called me right back and could not have been more caring, patient, understanding and helpful.
