Tim didn’t even reply to the other parties attorney and I lost my nursing daughter. My entire life has been ruined by his negligence. Tim should be disbarred. I believe he made a deal with the other attorney to let me lose at the cost of my mental health, my children’s safety, disregard of the law, disregard of his ethical duties to his client and the legal field, and now I (who was never on social services prior) is costing the tax payers literal thousands every month in housing, tanf, food and other costs because of my debilitating CPTSD.
