Tim didn’t even reply to the other parties attorney and I lost my nursing daughter. My entire life has been ruined by his negligence. I believe he made a deal with the other attorney to let me lose at the cost of my mental health, my children’s safety, disregard of the law, disregard of his ethical duties to his client and the legal field, and now I (who was never on social services prior) is costing the tax payers literal thousands every month in housing, tanf, food and other costs because of my debilitating CPTSD. Tim did not listen to me when I repeatedly explained the abusive relationship I was in. He did not review all the evidence I submitted and then sent illegible documentation to the judge.
