This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Tamara is an incredibly bright, confident and successful lawyer. Every time we went to court to fight a battle, she won. She is not only respected by the Judge's she was in front of; I felt she gained respect of the opposing attorneys with her well thought out explanations. I believe she has a great deal to offer to those who are seeking an attorney with genuine concern and knowledge.

Tamara is on your side and will go to bat for you when you need her most. I was dealing with the most aggressive opposing attorney anyone could have, Tamara was able to make me feel at ease by explaining her strategies to deal with them, and executing them with success! Tamara handled my divorce back in 2012, we went in for a very quick meeting, signed papers and she said that she would handle the rest. A few weeks later I noticed that she had not cashed our check when I tried calling her and e-mailing her I received no response. This went on for a few weeks, all the while I hoped that she was doing what she said. Finally I decided to check with Lincoln County to see if they had received our paperwork. They let me know that nothing had been filed so I continued to reach out to Tamara via phone, e-mail and stopping by her office. This went on for a week longer and finally I wrote an e-mail stating that if I did not hear anything from her by the end of the day, I would be contacting the bar. Within 15 minutes from me sending that e-mail, she replied stating her assistant had not mailed out our folder but that she would take care of it that afternoon.
Overall she knew what she was doing and we got the divorce processed but she made an already stressful situation worse.
