Ronald F. Chin

Mr. Chin is not only diligent, but is well-aware of current legal issues that apply to each of his client’s needs. He is a very kind and compassionate man who serves his clients well with professionalism and expertise. I enjoy our meetings, he has a great sense of humor and explains the legal issues ...that are available and/or expedient to your case. He is well worth his fee.

Mr. Chin does not respond and dropped the ball on my case multiple times over the course of 3 years. I am now in a situation I wouldn't be in if it weren't for his inherent incompetence, not to mention his receptionist who did any actual "work: (there was very little on their part anyway) giving inac...curate information. The minute I asked him to withdraw I found out a whole lot about my case that was not disclosed by him, making me look horrible for not attending hearings, scheduling mediation, general responses all because they were aware and simply waited until the last minute to tell me, if at all. I have now asked multiple times for a statement of where the retainer went and as with the majority of my dealings with them, they are simply ignoring the request. I've been better off since handling things myself. I received a text message (you read that right) from his son (a number I did not know) informing me that there was a hearing that morning that his secretary told me more than once was not happening. Her words were "I'm sorry your witnesses took time off but we can't change the court rules". They hadn't even contacted my witnesses anyway.

Ron Chin for me I went through a divorce and six years later was trouble again I hired Ron both times he was excellent he’s personable he’s understanding and he’s very very smart highly recommend recommendable I can only say for myself but my experience was great he does make me laugh he can be serio...us when he needs to and when he gets in the courtroom he’s a monster I love him. I got the feeling both experiences that he’s gotten to share some personal work and he really really understands the law and understands who he’s fighting for he makes you feel at ease through difficult times I would recommend him to anybody that could afford him.
