I graduated from Stanford University and the University of California Hastings College of the Law. Prior to opening Hickman Menashe, P.S., I practiced as an associate at the law firm of Isenhour Bleck, PLLC. I also worked for Senator Ron Wyden, and Evergreen and Columbia Legal Services. I enjoy meeting people, learning their stories and helping them put basic planning in place that will make a difference for themselves and their loved ones.
I am a past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Washington State Bar Association and previously served as a member of their Executive Committee. I regularly speak before State and local bar groups, estate planning councils, and community groups on topics ranging from Estate Planning to Special Needs Trusts to Medicaid Planning.
I am actively involved in my community and keep busy playing and enjoying life with my wife and children.

Best Choice
Empathetic, knowledgeable, concise and comprehensive are words I would use in describing Jacob Menache. The meeting regarding our father's estate is NOT something we looked forward to. However, Jacob helped us identify key issues and strategies for moving forward, with dad's best interests in mind....
"Jacob knows his craft and does it well. He has drafted trusts for my clients a few times now and has done and exceptional job."
"I have known Jacob for many years. He is a very well-respected Elder Law attorney in the Lynnwood area. I have referred clients to him, and would be happy to do so again."
