Will not return calls, Incompentent paralegal runs the show. RUN AWAY!

I filed a chapter 13 with this guy and have seen him twice in 5 years. His paralegal is doing all his work for him and she is incompetent too. I have had and still have major problems with my bk and I have given them months to return my calls. Next step, try to file the paperwork myself to get the pr...oblems resolved and then hook up with the AGs office and the Bar Association. If you have a probloem with this lawyer, please report him to at least the bar association. Nothing is going to change if they are not notififed about what is going on.

I have had used Kevin T. Helenius twice and at both times I was very pleased with the service I received from the whole office.
