I would give Neil 10 stars if I could
Neil took on my case, king county metro bus incident, and he never stopped working on it. Neil kept me informed, even during the chaotic covid time when everything was closed. He walked me thru everything, always had time for my questions (either via email or phone) and was no very nice to work with....
