Neil Thomas Lindquist

I have been dealing with an issue that was incredibly severe, and the results have been devastating. Had the situation surrounding it been almost any other way, it would have led to all but guaranteed High payouts and coverage. However I found myself in a position where the fault and need for coverag...e were a slam dunk (even a felony conviction to the guilty party) but the chance of putting that liability on anyone that could pay the very high amount of damage and restitution, was all but impossible. Speaking to lawyer after lawyer, that was exactly what they told me. Every time my story was told, and looked into, I got the same speech. A sugar-coated way of saying absolutely you have a highly winnable case, but there's no obvious fish big enough to make it worth our time, its not worth the risk to us. No money for us. When I went to see Neil I was at the point of a last-ditch effort and about to give up. We went through the motions and by the end of it, I was sure that this was just another situation with the same result. However, Neil called me the next day, and told me that he had thought about it, and that the brutality and Injustice of my situation was unacceptable. And that everyone else was treating me like a business decision instead of a person, that although his profession is a business, he got into that business to help people like me. And so knowing that he wasn't going to get much out of it, if anything, and likely the time and effort put into it would in reality, cost him, he told me he wanted to change the cycle I was stuck in, and treat me like a person, that he would take up my fight. When you are hurt, and find yourself in a position that you can no longer fight for yourself, or are in a fight you cannot win, he is definitely a man you want in your corner. Morals and ethics are often something that get skewed, pushed aside, or turned into a gray area in the business world today. And when you are hurt trust is by far the most important factor. I absolutely trust Neil and highly recommend him. In my experience he is intelligent, trustworthy, moral, diligent, and will get the job done. People like him are few and far between.
