I think I've worked with Erik four or five times now for traffic stuff, and every single time he has been prompt, professional, frank, and thorough: I let him know what my concerns are, provide him with the details, we have a brief chat, he lets me know what I need to do, he tells me what he is going... to do, and then he does it. Are there times I things did not go 100% my way? Sure. That's the way the cookie can in fact crumble. But I am 1000% certain that Erik did everything he could, every time, to advocate for me.
