She is excellent!

I am a new landlord and had a very nasty tenant dispute issue at the end of February this year, I have consulted with Janelle and her experience and quick instructions have impressed me to continue working with her until the dispute was successfully resolved. Janelle has demonstrated her solid experi...ence, responsive attitude and good negotiating skills in communicating and negotiating with the tenant, who end up paid rent to the date when new tenant moved in. Besides the case itself, Janelle cares about her client by reviewing and revising our rental lease agreement to make it more protective for potential conflict between landlord and tenants, and she also provided very important suggestions and many practical tactics in handling problems in rental business. I have gained confidence by working with Janelle, and as a landlord I strongly recommend her to others who are seeking professional help regarding tenant and landlord issues.
