Scott Milburn the best M&A attorney I could have ever hoped for. Our deal went back and forth many times and Scott always made sure our responses to the buyer were turned around very quickly. This helped our negotiations a great deal as we were much faster than them which gave us the time to review e...very detail of our deal and not have to focus on checking up to make sure our attorney caught everything on the legal side.
