CFO review of Marta Lowe working as a securities associate

I worked with Marta Lowe early in our respective careers - she as a securities law associate, I as the CFO of an internet company doing multiple financings including an IPO. Marta was professional, courteous, responsive and sincerely interested in her client. The relationship partner relied on Marta..., as did my company, for a very substantial amount of the legal work related to securities offerings by a company with a very complex capital structure. She was always a pleasure to deal with.
