To whom it may concern: In 2010 after taking control of the homeowners’ association from the developer, we had a building inspection that revealed significant defects in workmanship and and materials. From discussions with members of other homeowners’ associations, reading guidance articles ...in homeowners’ association publications, and talking with the inspecting engineer, we know we were going to have to seek out expert legal advice on how to best proceed to insure all defects got corrected.
