I went in for a consultation and I left in tears. He was beyond rude, unprofessional and judgmental! I have severe anxiety issues and stressful situations are difficult for me. I had an issue with a renter who was months behind and was threatening to block an impending sale of the property. Brad served a 3 day Pay or Vacate order the same day that I contacted him. He charged a very nominal fee which I gladly paid! When I dropped off the payment, we sat down for about 20 ...minutes and he explained the process to me if the renter continues to refuse to move.
