Very helpful and generous
I had a legal issue that needed some urgent help. Neil was extremely helpful and patient and generous with his time. We ended up not having to retain him but that was largely based on all the great help he provided in the first place.

Mundane
I met with Mr. Sarles only once. He was over priced, pompous and not at all helpful. I had sent him some materials ahead of time. He carried them in with him and told me that he hadn't read them because he "never does." He came across as a person who wasn't going to scratch his nose without asking so...
