Honest Lawyer

Adolfo has represented my husband now for eight years. My husband's case is extremely complicated, but Adolfo is very knowledgeable in immigration law, and because of him my husband is still here. Here is a good example of how honest he is: When I first met him my husband was detained, and A...dolfo told me from the get-go he did not think my husband would be eligible to get out on a bond, and if he did get out he said it would be at least $10,000 . My husband did get out on a bond for $5000. As you can see he was completely honest, and has been throughout the eight years he has represented my husband. We are honored to have him as our lawyer.

Dissatisfied with his service

I recently tried to hire this attorney and he was very informal with all the process of being able to see him. When we asked to meet with him at his office, he wouldn't agree. At the time when he was told we didn't want his services, he decline on going us the money that wasn't used. Definitely not r...ecommending him.

clients had an emergency situation and wanted to meet me after hours. I did not want to meet them at my office but they agreed to meet at a public place. I did not want to go to my office b/c it was after hours and I wanted to meet closer to my house. After reaching an agreement and going to visit with client and then family realizing little could be done for client they wanted money back after agreeing to consultation. I was paid to consult and advice. This meeting took place at 8:00 p.m. I chose to accommodate them. They wanted to see me right away rather than wait for morning. Once nothing could be done it was impossible to refund all their money as they were paying for a consult and visit in jail. They chose the meeting place and know they are complaining of location because they did not get outcome they wanted.

did not do anything

We hire this lawyer to do a asylum case in Tacoma he did not do anything never returned phone call he just took our money don't ever hire him he sucks as lawyer he is so arrogant lawyer

I have never failed to show up to a hearing. Especially missing an immigration court. The court themselves would suspend me from showing up to further hearings. I also have never had a client named Tere Macias or anybody related to that name as a client. I believe this review is a lie and/or malicious and not true.

Mr. Ojeda is my attorney but not happy with his work.

Mr. Ojeda was nice, but we felt we didnt get our money's worth. Other people had better paper work filled out and in order with out an attorney. when we had questions, we didnt get a response soon, we had to wait several days. Sometimes we had to ask twice. We will not recommend him.
