If you’re up against an insurance company, you deserve someone who understands exactly how insurance companies operate. Before founding Bramble Injury Law, I spent more than a decade inside the insurance industry as a senior claims adjuster and later as an insurance defense attorney. That experience taught me every tactic insurers use to delay or deny fair payment and how the right buzz words to overcome them. Now I use that knowledge to fight for my injured clients, focusing on personal injury and insurance bad faith cases.

My goal is simple: to help clients feel seen, heard, and protected while leveling the playing field against billion-dollar insurance companies. I take a personal approach with every client that you won’t get from the large personal injury firms. I take the time to get to know you and understand your story because the details that matter most rarely show up in intake forms or quick conversations. That deeper understanding helps me build stronger, more personalized cases and advocate for you at the highest level.

From my years as a claims adjuster, I know how the smallest facts about a person's life, medical journey, or losses can increase what the insurance company is willing to pay. If your attorney doesn’t take the time to truly know you, they may overlook opportunities that convert directly into dollars towards your settlement. And if your attorney has never worked for the insurance companies, they cannot fully understand just how adjusters evaluate claims or what truly drives settlement value.

Time is also critical in personal injury cases. The timing of when a claim is filed or a demand is sent can have a major impact on your recovery. Many attorneys follow rigid timelines, treating every case the same. I don’t. Each case has its own rhythm, and understanding the right moment to act can mean the difference between a routine settlement and one that truly reflects your full value.
