I have worked with Mike Sanders for nearly 20 years in areas of Contract law, Anti-Trust, business dealings and all matters relating to the buying/selling of goods and services. Unlike many lawyers who would do a really fine job in getting a client out of trouble, Mike Sanders will do all that you al...low him to do to keep a client from getting into trouble to begin with. As a result, I believe the client saves an immense amount of money, time and opportunity cost in dealing with a lawyer like Mike Sanders rather than other "crisis oriented" lawyers. Mike Sanders has a strong code of conduct in the way he deals with clients and the law. In my opinion, if you are looking for an attorney that has an outstanding knowledge of the law and is willing to counsel you on how to operate just inside that line, he is not the right guy. However, if you want to operate in an ethical manner with attention paid to smart business practices and risk minimization, then there can be no better attorney, period.
