My ex then wanted me to have less time (every other weekend with 1 evening visit a week. Long story short; With Lisa Scott's aid the court sided with me and immediately gave me a second overnight, and I finally settled out of court on a graduated 50/50 joint shared custody arrangement that I could not be more happy with. My daughter was 10 months old when my ex-wife left. She is now 20 months old and I am so happy with my results. My child support obligation also reflects my time with my daughter, and for that I am also pleased. Lisa Scott made sure I was in good hands, and helped me protect my rights as a father. She is straight up, passionate about her job, and very knowledgeable.
