I did also intend to mention that Attorney Lisa D. Scott is extremely honest in her approach to providing Counsel. She will not "Guild the lily" or make promises she can't deliver, or, immediately ask for a retainer as some others may, but was willing to provide initial guidance on an hourly basis, s...omething of a rarity. She also was very clear about her Ethical position, taking a strong offense to obviously False Accusations made by the other side to "play dirty". She rolled up her sleeves to fight, but only with absolute honestly and an "open book" and "clean hands" policy, being morally superior to "playing dirty". This commitment counters a client's sometimes naturally insulted and emotional urge to "fight back" but then also risk appearing to be seeking retaliation over "Best Interest". If you walk into Court with Lisa by your side, you will know you have an Atty. standing With You, not just next to you. Again, I can not more highly recommend her on a personal level. I you want to fight dirty, go elsewhere. If you want a Capable, Knowledgeable Advocate, this is your Attorney.
