Whether before or after litigation erupts as a result of a dispute, I am committed to providing my clients with excellent legal representation for a reasonable cost. I have handled disputes in most of Western Washington for a wide variety of clients. Most of these disputes are resolved by settlement before a trial or an arbitration occurs. If litigation occurs, however, I rigorously advocate my client's position. In the past twenty years, I have served as counsel in hundreds of cases in the Washington superior and appellate courts and arbitrations.
In addition to the satisfaction of resolving disputes by adjudication or settlement, I enjoy the intellectual challenge practicing law affords. Because no two disputes are identical, my work rarely is routine.
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and running, biking and hiking. I serve as an elder of my local church.

"I worked closely with Theo on a litigated matter involving estate funds held by a credit union and claimed by an improperly identified account beneficiary. Theo stood out as the most prepared, polished and efficient attorneys involved in the case. He stayed focused on the results, and was well received by the trial judge. And he delivered a great outcome to his clients. I highly recommend Theo."
"I endorse this lawyer. Theo is a knowledgeable and strong attorney as well as a good, caring person. He can help resolve real estate matters through negotiation and try the cases in Court if that becomes necessary."
"I endorse this lawyer. He has been very helpful in ares of probate and business litigation. The clients I have referred to him have been very happy with his services, his character, his competency and the reasonableness of his fees. I will continue to use him as a referral."
