As Senior Counsel for Guidant Financial Group, Inc. I am the chief compliance officer for all of Guidant's customer contracts. I review these contracts for tax and ERISA compliance before the contracts are approved. I am particularly involved in reviewing potential prohibited transaction scenarios.

As Senior Counsel for Guidant Financial Group, Inc. I advise management on a wide range of legal issues ranging from employment law matters through drafting sophisticated co-branding agreements with business referral partners.

As Senior Counsel for Guidant I draft a wide range of commercial agreements for management, and I review all the commercial contracts and leases that Guidant enters into.
